Duktape is easy to integrate into a C/C++ project: add duktape.c, duktape.h, and duk_config.h to your build, and use the Duktape API to call ECMAScript functions from C code and vice versa. Partial support for ECMAScript 2015 (E6) and ECMAScript 2016 (E7), Post-ES5 feature status, kangax/compat-table. Combined reference counting and mark-and-sweep garbage collection with finalization. Property virtualization using a subset of ECMAScript ES2015 Proxy object. Bytecode dump/load for caching compiled functions. The Beagle Entertainment System (BES) project is a complete filesystem image that turns the ARM-based BeagleBone Black single board computer into an embedded appliance capable of playing software for the SNES, NES, GBA, and Gameboy Color platforms. A full system image, ready to be written to a microSD card and used as-is, is available for download. Just connect your BES-enabled BeagleBone Black to your network and you can use BES's Node.js web interface to add or remove ROMs, configure gamepads, and edit ROM descriptions for the front-end GUI. Remote control for embbeded systems
Control your IoT board with a graphical interface from your local network. CNatural is a remote desktop for embbeded systems and IoT boards without running a real desktop on the host platform, this makes CNatural more efficient than other remote desktop managers. Because all rendering and applications runs on the client's web browser, the host board will run fast as usual. This was a problem with the original target of the project: the Intel® Galileo board, which when used with a desktop and a remote desktop manager gets slow and becomes unusable. CNatural is a text-server with a graphical front-end, this means that the host board will never need to render anything.
