Task Coach - Your friendly task manager. Task Coach is a free open source todo manager. It grew out of frustration about other programs not handling composite tasks well. In addition to flexible composite tasks, Task Coach has grown to include prerequisites, prioritizing, effort tracking, category tags, budgets, notes, and many other features. However, users are not forced to use all these features; Task Coach can be as simple or complex as you need it to be. Task Coach is available for Windows, Mac OS X, and GNU/Linux; and there is a companion iOS app.

Cosas is a web emulation of the GTD app Things. My plan is to use the web interface at work where I can't use my phone. There will also be an implementation for the iPhone, Android and perhaps a thick client if the mood strikes me. The web interface is written using Ext/JS 4 and all information will be updated using tiny AJAX calls. This is because I want the back end to be as simple as possible to re-implement using whatever framework that is most convenient.

MyNotes is a sticky notes/post-it application. Notes are created using the system tray icon. They can be organized in categories and each category has a color. Images, checkboxes and a few predefined symbols can be inserted in the notes. The style of the text can be changed (alignment, style, color).

This project is intended to host GTD "plugins" created for the NoteStudio application (http://dogmelon.com.au/NoteStudio.shtml) developped using Python language, or some win EXE when applicable.

While compatible with legacy ZideStore Coils provides a sophisticated workflow system with ETL and integration capabilities and superior WebDAV/CalDAV features and compatibility.
