What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I click on C:\WinPython-32bit-2.7.5.3
2. Spyder
3. Just show me a prompt dialog box, and the Spyder does not initialize.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the spyder. I just see a black prompt window. Please, see the print screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinPython 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
O.S.: 64 bit O.S, Windows 8.
