The following are the current Tenable license and services agreements. One or more will apply depending upon the products or services you are purchasing from Tenable.

• This governs all Tenable products (including Tenable One, Tenable Vulnerability Management, Tenable Security Center, and Nessus) and services.
• Tenable Master Agreement Schedule D: Hardware
• This document applies if you purchase hardware from Tenable.
• Tenable Master Agreement Schedule E: Artificial Intelligence
• This document covers Tenable’s use of artificial intelligence within its products.
• Tenable Data Processing Addendum
  • This document applies if Tenable is processing personal data/personal information (as defined by applicable privacy regulation(s), e.g., the GDPR and CCPA) on your behalf.
• Tenable Security, Technical and Organizational Measures
  • This summarizes the security, technical and organizational measures implemented by Tenable to safeguard customer data.
• Tenable 3rd Party License Declarations
  • This applies to all products since all Tenable products include some third party software, some of which include license provisions that must be passed on to the end user
• Technical Support Plans
  • This outlines Technical Support plans
• Service Level Agreement
  • This outlines the Tenable service level commitment for cloud services (e.g. Tenable Vulnerability Management)
