API – OAuth Token Requests Intermittently Failing

Resolved - Our engineering team has deployed multiple fixes addressing the root cause of this incident. Authentication via OAuth is now operating normally, and Studio services have been restored.

Investigating - Our team continues to work on fully resolving the root cause of this incident. The intermittent 401 authentication errors have been significantly mitigated and API services are stabilizing.

However, some partners may still experience occasional disruptions in the Studio (intermittent 503 errors). A page refresh is sufficient to restore access in most cases.
