Mouse settings on Mac

Use Mouse settings to customise mouse actions and gestures you use to interact with your Mac, including tracking, clicking, zooming and swiping.

Point & Click

Option				Description
Tracking speed				Adjust the speed at which the pointer follows the movement of your mouse. See Change mouse or trackpad tracking, double-click and scrolling speed.
Natural scrolling				Move the contents of a window in the same direction as your fingers.
Secondary click				Choose which side of the mouse to click for a secondary click (also called Control-click on Mac or right-click on Windows).
Smart zoom				Double-tap with one finger to zoom in or out. See the Apple Support article Use Multi-Touch gestures on your Mac.

Option				Description
Swipe between pages				Choose the gesture to use to move between pages in a document.
Swipe between full-screen applications				Swipe with two fingers to move between apps in full screen.
Mission Control				Double-tap with two fingers to enter Mission Control. See See open windows and spaces in Mission Control.

Advanced

Option				Description
Pointer acceleration				When this option is turned on, the pointer moves more quickly for fast mouse movements and more precisely for slow mouse movements.
