How it works
Synced in 60 seconds

Pick calendars, set direction, configure privacy.
Done — it's automatic
Events sync in seconds. You never think about it again.
Who it's for
Built for people who juggle calendars
Remote & hybrid workers
Your work Outlook doesn't see your personal Google Calendar. SYNCDATE makes your full availability visible — without exposing details.
Freelancers & consultants
Keep client calendars aligned without sharing details between them. When Client A books you, Client B sees you're busy.
Couples & families
Coordinate schedules without giving up privacy. See when the other person is busy — not what they're doing.
Anyone with 2+ Google accounts
Most people have a personal and work Google account. Both should know you're busy. SYNCDATE connects them in 60 seconds.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. 2 accounts and 2 calendars, free forever. No trial, no credit card. Paid plans start at €1.99/mo if you need more.
What calendars do you support?
Google Calendar now. Outlook coming soon.
How is this different from sharing my Google Calendar?
Sharing lets you see another calendar, but it doesn't block time or show up in "Find a Time." SYNCDATE actually syncs events so your availability is accurate to everyone scheduling with you.
Can I sync more than 2 calendars?
Yes. The free plan covers 2 calendars across 2 accounts. Starter (€1.99/mo) supports up to 9 calendars across 4 accounts. Pro (€8.99/mo) supports up to 30 calendars across 8 accounts.
Does it work with Google Workspace?
Yes. SYNCDATE works with both personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (business) accounts. You can sync between them freely.
What happens to recurring events?
Recurring events sync as full series, not individual instances. When you create a weekly meeting, the entire recurrence rule is copied — so all future instances stay in sync automatically.
Can my employer see my personal event details?
No. By default, personal events appear as "Busy" on your work calendar. Your colleagues see that you're unavailable — they don't see event titles, descriptions, or attendees.
Can I undo synced events?
Yes. Delete a sync and optionally remove all events we created. No orphaned "Busy" blocks, no calendar clutter.
Is my data safe?
We only access calendar data via OAuth. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Events are processed in memory during sync and not stored. Hosted in Germany (EU), GDPR compliant.
How fast does it sync?
Average sync time is about 3.8 seconds. We use Google's push notifications for near-instant updates, with a backup poll every 15 minutes.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your syncs keep running until the end of your billing period. After that, syncs beyond the free tier limits are paused. You can always resume by upgrading again, or stay on the free plan with 2 calendars.
Do you support Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Outlook support is coming soon. Apple Calendar (iCloud) is on the roadmap. Currently, SYNCDATE works with Google Calendar.
