I’m going to be doing my first Substack Live with Linch Zhang at the Linchpin! It’s going to be on Wednesday, December 3rd, at 5pm ET/2pm PT. We’re planning to talk for an hour and a half to two hours. The Substack Live itself is free for everyone; the recorded video will be available to paid subscribers of Thing of Things or the Linchpin.

Linch has been a friend of mine for many years, and I’m really excited that he’s on Substack and writing posts about epistemology, anthropics, the value of a life, and whether we should eat honey. I’m really excited to talk to him about effective altruism, philosophy, books, and writing. Or maybe we will just verbally shitpost at each other for two hours! Who knows! Not me.
