I'm alive
I’m alive again.
No filters.
No nothing except the sun shining on my face as it rises over the dunes.
On the beach with my dog by 8 am every morning and I’m already stronger of soul of spirit and of buttock.
I have no interest in a filtered existence.
I have no interest in providing a pretence.
Honestly this year I’ve been to hell and back and now I find myself round the bend and letting the light at the end of the tunnel give me some more freckles and crease my gently aging face up a little more.
It’s Jesus year - 33 - so it’s about to get more honest on here.
I care about authenticity, integrity and art.
I talk about the wound being a doorway and sex as God. Nature as friend and earth as beloved. Toxic hierarchical leadership as foe and the pain in our chests because how how how are we all still sat here watching a population starve?
Life as Temple. Friendship as salvation. Excellent fucking as mandatory. Touch as embodied. Satiation of the soul. Growth and expansion as a requirement. Softness as the main course. Humility as the bread crumb trail - let it gently take you to your knees.
Let me tell you I’ve had to walk my talk this year.
So I stand here, a little bit more naked. A lot more humble. Stronger, braver, less of the things that don’t matter.
Create with me. Relate with me. Let my work and my writings touch you in all the right ways.
Stay real with me.
Life, keep having your way with me ♥️
If you are reading in Cornwall, I have 2 monthly events that begin this week.
One is a soul connection circle called Returning to Self - an intimate therapeutic group space for self-reflection, inner connection and building community bonds.
Into Me I See is a monthly Temple exploring intimacy with life. This means non-sexual intimacy in all its forms with self, others and the world around us. It’ll be playful, ritualistic - a little bit witchy, sensual and there will be good music and dancing. You do whatever you want. Conscious touch or stay solo.
Creativity is a strong thread that will weave through both of these. It really feels like as the world gets even more fraught, those of us who value art and creativity are calling for it louder and stronger.
I read a book by Amie McNee a few months ago - ‘We Need You Art, Stop Fucking Around and Make Something’. I really recommend this for anyone sitting on a creative project and needing some fire up their arse 🔥
I’m going to offer a creative one day workshop in Winter that explores how to bring your eros online and expand your creativity in deeper ways.
For those all around the world - may these writings touch something in you that is thirsty.

Nice one 🙂
