Hi John, the matplotlib-1.1.1rc2.win installers are at <http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#matplotlib>. I am again unable to upload them to SF.
They are built against numpy 1.6.2 and include the test files. All tests pass on Python 2.7, 32 and 64 bit.
