Hello everybody In discussions with @tacaswell regarding the PR https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/pull/2624 we talked about the possibility to make a new MEP for the restructuring of the toolbar, splitting navigation-toolbar and some more stuff.
My question is, Do I just go ahead and create a new MEP based on the template? or is there a protocol for new MEP creation?
