CMOS Lab Assignment (Microwind)

This CMOS lab assignment asks students to: 1) Draw the schematic and layout for basic logic gates and complex logic circuits. 2) Simulate the designs using MicroWind and take screenshots of the layout showing no DRC errors and the memory size. 3) Provide simulation results showing voltage vs. time, current, voltage, frequency vs. time, eye diagrams, and FFT analysis with varying points for continuous and discrete spectral analysis while changing parameters.

using Micro wind.
(1) Basic Inverter Circuit
(2) Two & three input NOR Gate
(3) Two & three input NAND Gate
(4) (AB+C)'
(5) (AB+CD)
(6) (A (D+E) +BC)'

Note: Attachment should be in softcopy of screenshot image consisting layout(indicating no DRC Error
and memory size for layout plus labeled directory path) and different simulation results like,
(I) Voltage vs. Time
(ii) Voltage vs. Current
(iii) Voltage vs. Voltage
(iv) Frequency Vs. Time
(v) Eye Diagram
(vi) FFT with different computing points like 256 point, 1024 point etc. for
(a) Continuous waveform analysis
(b) Discrete Spectrum analysis
With the change of x and y parameter.
