Recruitment to various posts at Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti


level in South 24 Parganas district.

Mode of Application
 Application will be received through online mode in the website http://s24pgs.gov.in or
http://www.s24pgs.org.
 A unique registration number will be generated thereafter automatically.
 After filling up and submission of the application form properly, a print out shall be
taken.
 The filled in application form and a recent passport size colour photograph shall have to
be attested by a Group A officer of Central or State Govt. / Govt. PSU/ Head Master or
Head Mistress of Govt./Govt. Aided Higher Secondary or Secondary School along with
Name and Office Seal of the Attesting Authority.
 The filled in application form (in original) duly attested shall have to be sent to the
specific post bag number assigned for the purpose by ordinary post after superscribing
the envelope as Application for the post of ___.
 Photocopies of the testimonial of the candidate shall not be attached with the application
format.
 In case of online application form more than one post application form shall be sent
separately by ordinary post to specific POST BAG NUMBER.
 Application form shall not be received in the office directly from the candidate or through
registered post or speed post.

Points to be noted during online submission.


1) Use Internet Explorer-9 and above, Mozila Firefox or Google Chrome for online
submission of form.
2) Special Characters i.e. (. , - ! : ; / {}[]) should not be used in Name, Fathers Name.
3) All the mandatory fields should be filled up. Otherwise submission will not be made
successfully and the blank mandatory filled will be filled up with yellow colour.
