My Ideal Holiday: Using SP Readsheet S

This document outlines a 5-lesson plan to teach students how to use spreadsheets to plan and budget a holiday. In the first two lessons, students will learn basic spreadsheet functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division by completing a spreadsheet with holiday prices for 4 people. Lessons 3-4 introduce goal seek and cell referencing to determine the maximum number of people within a given budget and how prices may change in the future. The final lesson has students create line graphs and pie charts to visualize price increases over time and the proportion of costs.
