Resource Analysis Layouts

The document provides instructions for setting up two spreadsheet layouts in Microsoft Project: a resource spreadsheet layout to show overallocated resources across all projects, and a resource profile layout to analyze a single overallocated resource across current projects. The resource spreadsheet layout shows overallocated units and all projects. The resource profile layout filters to a single resource, and displays budgeted, actual, and remaining units with overallocation limits.
