Chief Administrative Officer (one -Unreserved) in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100+ Grade Pay of Rs 7600-(PB-3) plus other admissible allowances as per Central Govt rulesEmoluments at the minimum of pay band Rs.41420. 2. 1. Chief Administrative Officer
Qualification and Experience:
(i) A post-graduate degree with 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. (ii) At least5 years experience as Assistant Registrar or a post carrying the pay band of Rs.15600-39100/(PB-3) plus Grade Pay Rs.5400/- in VI CPC or equivalent with relevant experience in Government, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous organisations or reputed Academic Institution. Such candidates may apply either for direct recruitment or on deputation terms. OR Retired Chief Administrative Officer or its equivalent from a Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies or reputed Academic Institution may also apply. His emoluments would be governed by Government of India rules. Thorough knowledge of Government rules and regulations in respect of Office Management, Administration, Establishment, Procurement laws, Public works laws, Academic, Security, Vigilance,
Accounts and Finance, legal and RTI matters is essential. Familiarity with the use of computers would be considered as an added qualification.
2. Superintendent (Erection & Maintenance)
Qualification and Experience:
(i) (ii) A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute. Five years experience as Assistant Engineer in a Government /Public Sector or Autonomous bodies in the Pay band of Rs.15600-39100+Grade Pay of Rs 5400 or equivalent. Such candidates may apply either for direct recruitment or on Deputation terms OR Retired Executive Engineer and above having experience of civil works may also apply. His emoluments would be governed by Government of India Rules Thorough knowledge of Procurement Laws, Public works Laws, and handling of civil and other engineering works VIZ construction, erection, maintenance etc. Familiarity with CPWD norms and knowledge of computers would be considered as an added qualification.
3. Assistant Registrar
Qualification and Experience:
i) ii) A post graduate degree with 55% marks or its equivalents grade of B in UGC seven point Scale. Five years experience of Administration, Accounts and Establishment work in supervisory capacity in a Govt./Public Sector/Higher Educational Institutions of repute in the Pay Band of Rs. 9,30034,800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 46,00 or equivalent. Such candidates may apply either for direct recruitment or on deputation terms. OR Retired Assistant Registrar or equivalent and above from Government/public sector/Autonomous bodies/reputed Academic Institution may also apply. His emoluments would be governed by Government of India rules. Thorough knowledge of Office Management, procurement laws, Administration, Establishment matters, Academic, Security, Vigilance, Legal, and RTI matters. Knowledge of Computer and Accounts would be considered as an added qualification.
4. Accounts Officer
Qualification and Experience:
i) ii) A good Bachelor Degree. At least five years of experience in supervisory position in Accounts and Audit in Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34,800/- Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- in the government/Public sector undertakings/Autonomous organisations. Such candidates may apply either for direct recruitment or on deputation terms. Candidates having Degree of SOGE/SAS/ACA/AICWA/MBA (F) would be given preference. OR Retired Assistant/ senior Accounts/Audit officer from IAAD, PSU or Autonomous Bodies may also apply. His emoluments would be governed by Government of India rules.
Through knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations regarding Personal claims, Accrual system of accounting, Audit function, financial rules and PW laws is essential. Familiarity with the Computerised accounting system would be considered as an added qualification.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS:
i) Candidate employed in Government/Quasi Government/Public Sector undertakings should forward their applications through proper channel or bring no objection certificate, if called for interview. ii) Attested photocopies of documents in respect of qualification, experience and Cast Certificate (for reserved categories only) of the candidate must be submitted. iii) Mere fulfilment of minimum qualification and experience requirements for a post does NOT entitle the candidate to be called for an interview. The Institute reserves the right to shortlist and restricts the number of candidates interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience. iv) A written test may also be conducted before the interview. v) Competent authority may relax the experience in deserving cases if exceptionally qualified & suitable otherwise. vi) No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/test/Interview/appointment. vii) Candidates appointed will be governed by the New Contributory Pension Scheme introduced w.e.f. 01.01-2004. viii) Any subsequent amendments/modifications etc. on the matter will be notified in the Institute website only. ix) The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts mentioned above without assigning any reason. x) TA/DA will be paid only for attending the interview as per rules in force. xi) NO APPLICATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED BEYOND THE SCHEDULED DATE. xii) The appointment will be governed by the standard terms and conditions as per the Institute rules applicable from time to time. xiii) An application if received in any format other than what is specified and without the required documents/testimonials shall be liable for rejection. xiv) If any information furnished by the candidates is found false at any stage his/her appointment will be cancelled. xv) Age limit: Maximum age of Applicant as on 30-06-2012 should not exceed 45 years for Chief Administrative Officer and 35 years for Assistant Registrar/Account Officer/ Superintendent (Erection & Maintenance) Age limit will be relaxed for OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates as per Govt. norms. Upper Age Limit will be relaxable in the case of internal candidates if otherwise eligible. xvi) Date of superannuation for all the Post would be 60 years. For retired Govt. servant the Age of superannuation will be 65 years. xvii) All judicial matters would be subject to Ranchi jurisdiction.
