HST: Hawaiian Standard Time. Pacific Time Zone runs down the Pacific Coast of Canada and the United States of America. It is sometimes referred to as Pacific Coast Time or West Coast Time. It includes the cities of Seattle WA, San Francisco CA, Los Angeles CA, San Diego CA & Las Vegas NV CST Central Standard Time Central Standard Time is the Central Time Zone of the United States of America (USA). Central Standard Time (CST) is 6 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-6).

EST Eastern Standard Time Eastern Time Zone is the Eastern Time Zone of the United States of America (USA) and Canada. Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5). MST Mountain Standard Time Mountain Time is the Mountain Time Zone of the United States of America (USA). Mountain Standard Time (MST) is 7 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-7). HST Hawaiian Standard Time Hawaii is in the Hawaii-Aleutian Time Zone in the United States, which is 10 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-10).

When you are converting a given time from IST to CST,EST,MST or HST , consider the PST time-zone as the Standard time for conversion. Following are the steps used in the conversion. Change the IST time to PST time : PST = IST 30mins , when DLS is on PST = IST 1hour 30mins , when DLS is off Add/subtract hours to change to CST/EST/MST/HST accordingly MST = PST + 1hour CST = PST + 2hours EST = PST + 3hours HST = PST 2hours When you are converting a given time from CST,EST,MST or HST to IST , change the time to PST and then convert to IST. Following are the steps used in the conversion. Change the CST/EST/MST or HST time to PST : PST = MST 1hour PST = CST 2hours PST = EST 3hours PST = HST + 2hours Change the PST time to IST time : IST = PST + 30mins , when DLS is on (change am/pm) IST = PST + 1hour 30mins , when DLS is off (change am/pm)
