ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEED

I, ____________, the living woman (or man) created in the image of God, with indefeasible title to my land and lawful owner of the landed estate known as (NAME IN CAPS), and its real property and interest, under the seal (name), or its derivation, am recorded as the sole surviving grantee on the special warranty deed for the real estate described on the attached certified copy of said deed, which was originally recorded in the Public Records of _________ County, Florida in Book ________, Page ________ on _____________.

WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed unto said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of _________, State of Florida, to-wit: Description of property Tax Parcel Identification Number: ___________ It is my free will, act and deed to execute this acknowledgement of my acceptance of the deed and lawful ownership of said property. I ask that the record on file in the office of register of deeds demonstrate my acceptance of the deed, as the lawful owner of the real estate. All my other real property and other interest issued for this real estate and its gain is to be immediately returned to me. What's mine is mine, what's yours is yours. I accept the Oath of each public officer and bind each to his or her Oath and bestow my sovereign immunity on each when he or she administers my lawful orders. This public record under the seal of a competent court is guaranteed full faith and credit per Article 4 Section I of your Constitution (United States). Any officer of the public or public trustee who fails to uphold his or her Oath or otherwise fails to protect my inalienable rights, which include but are not limited to the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty, to pursue happiness, to be rewarded for industry, and to acquire, possess and protect

property, is in contempt of and at war with the Constitution. As it is written, so let it be done.
