Management of reversible broncho Spasm associated obstructive airway disease Patient with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on aregular enhaled broncho spasmand whorequired a 2 nd bronchodilator

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or tachyarrhythmia. Hypersensitiviity to atropineand its derivatives

Headache, pain,influenza, chest pain, nausea .Bronchitis ,dyspnea, coughing, pneumonia, bronchospasm pharyngitis, sinusiti ,rhinitis, edema,fatigue ,hypertension, dizziness, nervousness , paresthesia, tremor, dyspepsia, vomiting ,arrhythmia, Palpitation ,tachycardia, arthralgia, angina, increasedsputum, taste perversion andUTI/dysuria, allergic-type reactions

Drugs should be givenonly if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to thefoetus . Position patient onhigh back rest position.Do back tappingafter you nebulizethe patient.do not give a foodimmediately it cancause vomiting
