Accept license agreement Click - Oracle Database Express Edition 11G Release 2 for Windows x32
Extract the files from ZIP and run the setup program

Click next

Accept the license agreement and the following will appear

Select the default (or change if you want) and click next Enter you admin password on the next screen

The following will apear and click install

The following screen will show you the installation progress

After the installation is complete (I got a couple of error messages I said OK to) the following Appears

Click Finish.

Click that you agree with the license agreement and download the appropriate software for your PC. If you are unsure, pick the Windows 32 bit that includes the JDK (Java Developer Kit)> if you know you have the JDK installed, you can download the second file Windows 32 bit.

Once you have downloaded the zip file, open it and the following will appear:

Click the extract button. The following screen will apear. Select where you want to install the software

Then click the extract button. This wil extract the software to your PC. 6|P a g e

The following will appear as the software is extracted.

When the extraction is finished, Open Windows Explorer and go to the directory where you extracted the software to. In this case, its c:\sqldeveloper

Right click the SQLDeveloper exe and create a shortcut. Copy the shortcut to your desktop.

When you double click the shortcut, the following warning should appear:

Click Run. Once the software start, it will ask you to associate the file types. Click all of them and then hit OK.

The startup will complete abd the following screen should appear.
