SFIBL emphasi)ed its investments on ur an area greater than rural area! In the investment portfolio, investment against LA3, Juard, investment in scheme are very lo# ut in that sector there is pro a ility of going high profit! The investment of the ranch is too lo# in comparison to the total deposits of the ranch! The ank has given less emphasis on long term financing! Inade6uate training facilities for investment officers and their 6ualifications! As a result the investment officers do not manage investment properly due to their poor 6ualification!
