First of all forget the myths everthing is Computer Science and read
quality ,think more and frame your own quetions.
Do relate your situation to real life problems and try to memorize
everthing.What are the exceptions and when the formula applied.
The best time to learn is from 4 to 8 or 12 and revision is done at night. Try
this but remember ravish kumar stuff that study whenever you get time ,
dont waste time in making routine just follow your first routine.Dont use
Caffein and all that at all.
Only final day matters and hence that 3 hour is very important, try to sit for
3-3 hr sessions for tests, and instead of blaming the system just adopt the
system.
Try to memorize everything possible, that will lead to better understanding.
Whenever sir gives a problem first you solve it and than look at the
solution..GATE is a test of solving new questions in given conditions.
One acheivement should motivate you for other it is a progress,and
remember only the final day matters.
Practice both papers alternatively i.e. college stuff and GATE. Do read OSFY
for a change.
GATE is just a different exam old quetions just their forms are changed,there
can be simple questions also.
just make a note of what you are doing like if wake up from morning 5-6 kya
kiya.Change the way and life.Yout time decides your life.Do this for a week.
Practice make it permanent , learn new things and revise old and that thing
practice a lot.
4am - 8 am is the best time to learn smth new..Revise throughout the day.But
best time is to revise before you sleep.
Take power naps for 10 mins and than always do a workout.
you need to read ..read and read..like osfy..enjoy the studying..when you start
enjoying you will learn more and d subject will become easy for you to learn..
always be interested in why and how something happened..once done just
remember all equations to solve the problems....you need to practice a lot nd
keep a watch with you to moinitor your extra time consumption..
Give FB and web browsing some time, and putting all that on list and do that
in most unproductive hrs like the ones after lunch.Avoid sleeping in
afternoon.
The preparation will built your personality and you will get better class by
class.
Build very well your observational skills in how sir made visualise the
concepts and be loyal to whatever you solve.
Some questions are just observational type no need to solve them. And make
results and than shortcuts, also know the place where to aply them.
Always write and pratice, shocks in the subject are normal but it depends
upn you how fast you come out of them.
Dont listen to ppl about that subject is theory or boring.
Always check for all the options when making a product dont tick in hurry.
When feeling bored , do those tasks which do not require your 100%
effort.Like writing journals or Dairy.
You can do masti in the college. So that you feel refreshed.
Take care of your minutes the hours will take care of themselves.
Revision shold be slow and steady ,it not about doing notes many times but
about new questions that will build the temperament.
After doing questions and revision make a cheat sheet in that include things
that you would forget like formula, facts and figures , general type of
questions , solving techniques and possible ways of making mistakes.
Make good notes like writing blue color compounds with blue ink.
Look at movies you have in colletion for a change..
Do always keep a watch with you and do a time ound work.
Losing marks categorised in speed, accuracy and inability or lack of
knowledge.
focus is naccessary to increase the accuracy.
Practice a lot of test papers..and at last try to solve 3hr paper in 2hr.
you will never have enough time, create time.
Try to cutoff the social media and crushes and all that stuff can happen any
time but GATE wont come second time.

Concentrate on learning rather than studying and excel to the content till you
can.
