Ensure no PTW is pending on the equipment.


Ensure no person is working on the equipment.
Ensure all doors in closed condition.
Measure the power cable individual phase-earth
insulation resistance (with 500V/ insulation
tester). All the three reading shall be > 1.5
Mohms.
Ensure all logics and protections are in service.
Ensure module 560 auto/manual key selector
switch in auto.
Ensure generator breaker panel DSE 7520
auto/manual soft selector switch in auto.
Ensure all control MCB and battery power
supply is in service.
Ensure safety part breaker panel MD32-G
protection relay is in service.
