VII. EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Eye contact
: Immediately flush eye with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes, holding the lids
apart to ensure thorough rinsing. If irritation persist, consult a doctor.
Skin contact
: Remove all contaminated clothing at once. Immediately flush skin with water. If redness or
irritation develops, consult a doctor. Do not wear contaminated clothing until it has been
laundered.
Inhalation
: If dust breathed, remove to fresh air. Get immediate medical aid.
Ingestion
: Get immediate medical aid. Do not induce vomiting or give liquids.
VIII. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Spillage
: Spilled dust may be swept up with a dampened broom. Wear a dust mask.
Alpha cypermethrin is toxic to fish and bees. In case of accidental spill, prevent the
material from getting into lakes, rivers or other bodies of water, and to areas
where bee population may be present.
Disposal
: Wastes resulting from the use of this product and emtied containers may be
disposed of at approved waste disposal facility or, if allowed by state and
local authorities, by burning, if burned, stay out of smoke
Environmental Hazard
: Alpha cypermethrin is toxic to fish and bees. Do not apply directly to water. Do not
contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Do not graze
or feed clippings from treated areas to livestock. Do not apply at places where
it may a bee population
IX. SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
Respiratory
: For formulating the technical material, the use of respirator or a mask approved
for organic vapors is recommended
Cloves
: Use of face-shield or mono goggles are recommended when handling this material
Clothing
: Arm and leg protection must be provided. Clothing must be laundered after each
days use. Take of heavity contaminated clothing immediately
Ventilation
: Local exhaust ventilation sufficient to maintain workplace concentration below
permissible exposure limits must be provided

XII. MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN CASE EMERGENCY
In case of accident
