I certify that the information contained in this Application is true and correct. I confirm that I have read and understood
the terms of the Agreement of Lease and my signature on this document constitutes an irrevocable offer to enter into
such a Lease Agreement on the same terms and conditions as stated therein with all of which I declare myself to be
familiar. This offer shall remain valid for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of signature hereof and shall be
deemed to have been finally accepted upon the signing of such Agreement of Lease by or on behalf of the Landlord
within the above period. I undertake to sign such Agreement of Lease within 3 (three) days of being called to do so,
but any failure on my part to do so shall in no way negate or invalidate the contract which will thus have come into
force.
I hereby authorise and grant Venture Letting the authority to obtain any personal information they may require for the
process of this application.
NO KEYS WILL BE HANDED OVER UNLESS THE FOLLOWING IS REFLECTING IN THE BANK:
