Sea Service Testimonials. Indicating Sea Time and Propelling Days duly signed by Chief Engineer and Master of the
Vessel.

Engine Room Simulator Course. (Done after the required sailing)

ii) Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boat (STCW 1995)
iii) Advance Fire Fighting (STCW 1995)
iv) Medical First Aid (STCW 1995)
* PRCRB, AFF & MFA Refresher courses (STCW 2010) are required if the course are more than 5 years old.

Note: 1) Original of the above mentioned documents to be produced at the time of Assessment and Booking forverification.
