Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization
of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Ministry of Communications
& Information Technology (MCIT), Government of India, spread across the country with 14 different
centers and have one of our major development centre in Thiruvananthapuram.
C-DAC has been at the forefront of the Information Technology (IT) revolution, constantly
building capacities in emerging/enabling technologies, innovating and leveraging its expertise,
skill sets to develop and deploy IT products and solutions. C-DAC has been awarded as the Most

Apart from design & development activities, C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram is also in the forefront
of software training activities since 1992, to meet the ever-increasing skilled manpower

Course Duration
Selection Procedure
Admission is made through a selection
procedure comprising of interview/written
test. The selected candidates should pay the
course fee in full and join immediately.
Performance Evaluation
The progress of the trainees is evaluated on
their performance in theory and practicals. CDAC awards certificates to the trainees upon
successful completion of the course. Minimum
attendance of 90% is mandatory. An
appropriated grading system is employed in
the assessment of performance.
Placement Assistance
Placement Assistance is provided to the
students of various courses of STDC, however
STDC does not guarantee placements, Campus
recruitment by companies are governed by the
recruitment policies of the company.
How to Register
Registration may be done by applying in the
prescribed form, duly filled, along with a
Demand Draft drawn in favour of C-DAC,
Thiruvananthapuram or Chalan (facility
available at SBT, Technopark Campus) for a
non-refundable amount of ` 229/- (including
14.5% Service Tax) as Registration Fee.

Post Graduate or Graduate or Diploma in any
discipline or PGDCA (completed or pursuing)
with programming knowledge in any language
