How to Create New Card

1. Go to DESKTOP and double click Data Card shortcut (PREFACE).


2. Select Design Card.
3. Go to FILE select NEW CARD.

Enter card filename Example :


5. Right click at the blank card to insert TEXT FIELD (assuming the card have
design).
6. Right click TEXT FIELD and select FIELD PROPERTIES to add new
fieldname and type new name at the SAMPLE DATA button and copy to FIELD
NAME button then apply and ok.
7. Provide all information needed in the card. Repeat procedure in making FIELD
NAME.
8. Save Files.
9. Print the card Front Side and Back Side. ( Always look at the card guide you
Can see in the printer)

How To Encode and Display Encoded Number


1. Go to Desktop and select DIAGNOSTICS for CARD PRINTERS.
2. Go to FILE select USER PROPERTIES.
3. Select ADVANCE USER.
4. Enter PASSWORD.
5. Select MAGNETIC STRIPE / TEST CARD.
6. Enter the following information :
Track Format
: IAT
Coercitivity
: Loco, 25ma
Read and encode
: Put Check Mark
Type the information in the track you want to use (Track 1, Track 2, and Track 3)
Encode and Print
: Put Check Mark
Note : To verify or modify only the encoded numbers just select READ ONLY
and ENCODE WITHOUT PRINTING.
