In this paper, One of the most significant developments in the use of
information technology (IT) in universities in the last decade has been the
adoption of learning management systems (LMSs) to support the teaching and
learning process (Coates, James, & Baldwin, 2005), the researcher aims at
achieving the learning objectives that meet with educational standards and
develop a integrated model called CLMS (Course Learning Management
System), with the help of this model the conventional class room management
system and traditional assigned assignments to the students and these
activates which have adopted by the lecturers of the university will be radically
eliminated. The use of numerous technological tools that are either Web-based,
Web-distributed or Web-capable for the purposes of learning, teaching in
education system. E-learning engaging all student online in their academic
area, It has been observed that huge number of students are using the on
courseware tutorial for their learning in which they have replaced the
traditional approach and studying the relative material from their learning
resources. The mechanism of deliverance assignments by using tools LMS and
CMS and features at the disposal of students and lecturers, and it is important
for the e-learning community to examine both preferences and usage of these
features find out the solution of the problems of learning for students which
may focus over the design and evaluation provincial Universitys eLearning BS
and MS program.
Hypothesis
We describe in this paper that how facilitate to student their assignments, course related issues and
reduce their stress. We compile systems which save the time of student and as well as help teacher
and enhance performance of students

Review of the Related Literature
Introduction
Constantine, Lazaridou and Helldenet et al (2006) compared online and
traditional classroom delivered versions of an environmental education
program. The purpose of their study was to compare knowledge and attitudes
of junior high school students before and after their participation in an
environmental education program delivered.
The researcher argued that learning skills of the students on the course and to
assess the success of the support system as to improve the university students
degree program and compared the undergraduate and graduate study
programs to find out satisfaction level of the students. It is hoped that these
findings can provide useful insights to course managers and eLearning
developers of other courses offered in a global context.

1- Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application or Webbased technology used to plan, implement, and assess a specific learning
process. Typically, a learning management system provides an instructor with a
way to create and deliver content, monitor student participation, and assess
student performance.
The LMS enables the learning content to be to be available and/or accessible
online thereby allowing students to view and interact with learning materials
though a web browser on essentially any computer that has internet access.
From the student or learner perspective, the LMS provides personalized access
to assigned course materials, messaging and notifications, and access to
scores and transcripts.

E learning Stakeholder Analysis, Motivation & Need
In an organizational context, a stakeholder is a constituency of an organization
(Thompson and Strickland, 2001). In the same sense, the stakeholders of elearning are those that are affected by it. While reviewing the e-learning
literature during the development of this article, a list of the main stakeholder
groups in the context of university education was compiled. Each of these
stakeholder groups is described in the following sections, along with their
motivations to use e-learning and their concerns about it.
Motivations Students are motivated to use e-learning to gain access to higher
education. For some, it may be a component of a traditional course, while for
others entire courses may be entirely online. Particularly for this second group,
e-learning may create access to higher education that they would not have
otherwise because of geographic or time constraints (Huynh et al., 2003;
Kabassi and Virvou, 2004).
The researcher argued to eliminate the traditional class room management
through the integration of the CLMS model and provide the On courseware
tutorial which will improve the objectivity of the students of university, also
comparatively more beneficial for the BS and MS degree students which will be
able to access the assignments and other course material from integral model
basis that have impacts over all the stakeholders moreover like supervisors,
lectures , students sharing the different experience that directly increase the
quality for learners.

Conclusion
In this paper, the researcher proposed and analyzed the impact of C/LMS on university
Graduates engagement in E-learning based assignments. The applied method
describe that how the e-learning is need of existence stakeholders and learning society,
student wants to new trend in learning with help of technology. Those Universities are only working
in tradition way they cannot meet the need of students requirements and unable to meet the
audience target up to 2020.. Especially for students correlation with their degree programs of study
achieve the educational objective. This will provide a more comprehensive assessment, satisfaction
of students and the quality of education in the university based on impact factor. It is expected that
the system easily is handling the student quarries and their need. As well as teacher also be
comfortable rather than tradition system. Teacher easily scrutiny their assignment and their course
and high authority will also get report without any favors of teacher.
The researchers believes that future research include the analysis the faculty training and students.
Furthermore it will be analyzed that to change e-learning techniques that cover all areas of students
