SCOPE OF WORK

CONSTRUCTION OF 2ND FLOOR EXTENSION

The proposed project includes the following:

Concreting of columns (300mm x 300mm) with 4-16mm diameter, 410mm diameter rebars, and 10mm diameter ties
Construction of roof beams (200mm x 300mm) with 4-16mm diameter
rebars and 10mm diameter stirrups
Application of floor topping for the existing 2 nd floor slab
Layout of plumbing and sanitary pipes
Construction of partition walls (CHB walls)
Fabrication and installation of trusses (50mm x 50mm x 5mm, includes
cross-bracings and bolting on steel plates)
Layout of roofing sheets on purlins with 12mm diameter sag rods spaced
at 1.67m
Construction of wooden interior and exterior ceilings
Installation of electrical fixtures and wirings
Tile works for the comfort rooms
Painting works for the interior and exterior walls and ceilings
Application of red-oxide on steel members
