REFLECTION PAPER
In the construction of the Personal Lifelong Learning Plan, I have realized that there are lots of concerns to be deliberated. It is important to study the different
considerations to come up with a better learning plan. By determining the level of competency, I was able to know my stand in the different literacies needed in the 21 st century
learning. The level of competency has also served as my guide in coming up with the different activities which can improve or enhance the target competencies. It is also
important to set the time frame of the target for better preparation and intensification of activities to achieve a more meaningful and worthwhile goals. It can never be denied

that there will be many obstructions in the implementation of the target plans but with the support of the school administration, stakeholders and teachers, there will be great
chances of making the set goals possible to achieve. By means of providing appropriate and attainable actions or solutions, there can be an assurance that the plan will be able
to surpass the different circumstances that might come along in the implementation of designed proposal. The various literacies play a very crucial role in this enactment. Arts
and Creativity Literacy will allow us to break out from traditional patterns of thinking and adopt fresh approaches to intellectual experiences. Eco Literacy will make us
understand the principles of organizing a healthy and productive atmosphere to create a worthwhile learning environment for students. Cyber Literacy will allow both teachers
and students to explore the advancement of technology but still bounded with the different laws in using it. Financial Literacy will equip us in the proper use of resources
available or at hand. Media Literacy can be of help in building communication skills which encourages consideration of multiple interpretations of the different forms of
communication such as television, radio, newspapers and other media. Social/Emotional Literacy avers good intention in promoting values to students and upholding both the
student and the teachers emotional stability by demonstrating positive outlook to encourage students to perform well in class. Globalization & Multicultural Literacy will be of
great help in the promotion of cross-cultural understanding. It will never be easy to succeed in these target endeavors but through appropriate evaluation and application of
actions, and with the support of the school administration and teachers of Talisayan National High School (Senior High School), these target goals will soon be given light.
