Question one
A virtual team work was developed that consisted of collaboration of team work who were
located in different parts with a common goals and objectives. They mode of communication
used was emails and phone calls.

These team has a different cultural values, different

environments and working at different time zones that is Susan in Seattle, speaker from Boston
as well as Elias from Miami and brad in los ageless. The team was necessary in order to try and
share difference opinion and ideas.
Question two
The team is in a position to share different ideas and opinions that help to build up team work.
Team work help in focusing different experts to handle the same organisation problem and
increases efficiency. The team promote a wide sense of mutual supports and ownership which
encourages to employees to work extra hard in achieving the common objective in place (Yang,
2010). The team guides in building trust which support strong relationship, foster creativity and
learning. On the other hard there are weakness associated with this kind of team work. This
includes, personal conflicts, conflicting ideas, communication struggles challenges in enforcing
and setting new organization behaviour, as well as lack of accountability.
Question three
In order to increase the team effectiveness the team should identify effective methods of working
together and how to implement any decision they may have made. There should be a good
understanding of expectation and needs of each an individual. The team should come up with
common job roles and common goals where every person is aware of his duties.
