DILAPIDATION REPORT ON ADJOINING PROPERTIES
Arising from your request to undertake a dilapidation report on the adjoining boundaries and
nature strip to the proposed new development at No 18 Fort St, Petersham, please find
attached some of the reports as requested. If you have any further questions, please do not

The existing building at No 20(2) is a house. The building shares a common boundary with
No 18 Fort St, Petersham.
