How to Book

Booking Confirmation
1. On receipt of the completed registration form, we will send
you booking confirmation. This will consist of invoice for the
course, accommodation, materials and transfer fees (if
applicable)
2. An invoice and acceptance letter will then be issued in line
with UK Border Agency Guidelines. For full information on
visas, please check

3. For students requiring visa support documentation, a deposit
or payment of full fees will be required
Fees
Fees include all tuition, reports, certificates, student cards,
welcome pack, placement test and use of computer facilities at the
school.
How to Pay
Following receipt of an invoice all fees must be paid in full before
commencing your course
By Bank Transfer: Please include the amount needed to cover all
bank charges both in your country and in the

Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to ILS English prior to course
start date. In the event of cancellation a 200 cancellation fee will be
charged. If a cancellation is made after the start date, no refunds will be
made.
ILS English reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient
student numbers.
Refunds
Refunds are made only at the discretion of the Managing Director. There
is no refund of fees in whole or in part once a student has commenced
their course of study. ILS English is not responsible for any bank charges
or changes in currency values.
Visa Refusal
If you are refused a visa and can provide a copy of the refusal notice, we
will refund all payments, minus the 200 deposit for administration
costs.
Accommodation Self-catering
Students must book self-catering accommodation in full-week blocks (7
days) from a Saturday (or Sunday) and any additional days will be
charged at the full-week rate. In the event of a cancellation a fee of one
week accommodation will be deducted.
Accommodation Homestay
In the event of a cancellation a fee of one week Homestay
accommodation will be deducted.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that every student takes out insurance to cover
such events as cancellation or curtailment of course (due to serious
illness or accidental injury before your arrival), loss of personal
belongings, personal liability and personal accident.
ILS English recommend the Endsleigh Insurance Company who are
experienced in dealing with insurance for students from overseas
Holiday Policy
Students wishing to have a planned period of absence must give two
weeks notice. No compensation is given for public holidays when the
school is closed.
