Hello There! We are graduate business students at the University of Cincinnati and we are conducting
market research for our capstone project. Our primary interest is on improving transportation and delivery
experience of moving large household items (furniture, garden supplies, refrigerator,rental equipment
etc.) that cannot fit into a personal car. It is our hope that through this brief survey we will establish a
better understanding on how we can improve such services.
