Low throughput issue

Root cause analysis

In the test ,if we meet the low PDCP peak throughput issue ,firstly we
should be make sure the test tools no issue ,and check the sim card
should be satisfied the test requirement ,

SIM card issue,

SIM card cannot receive the signal, pls. try to open and close the
flight- mode, if it still cannot identify, Please change the SIM card
asap .

SIM card only cannot receive the LTE network, this maybe
operator SIM card limited, we need to change the sim card ASAP.

SIM card can connect the LTE Network, but we cannot do the
test because the attach reject, we need to change the sim card.

In the testing, we always find the sim card can access the LTE
network, but it will beyond the max. Scope for use. We need to
change the sim card.
