1 . Start o n the wing and attack the cone with a change o f direction move. Finish with a lay up.
2 . Get the ball o u t o f the net and attack the cone at the t o p o f the key with a change o f direction
move. Turn around continue the drill at all cones.

Player 1 starts with the ball near half court. There is a chair o r defender at the 2 8 f t mark and
elbow and the coach is i n front o f the rim. Player 1 makes a change o f direction move at the first
chair, dribbles t o the second chair and makes a second change o f direction move and then
finishes with a lay u p at the basket against the coach challenging. Repeat drill f o r set number o f
reps o r f o r time.
