b) am/are not a sub broker or remisier of any other trading member of the Exchange ( NSE, BSE,
MCX, and NCDEX)

c) am/are not an employee of any other trading member of the Exchange ( NSE, BSE, MCX, and
NCDEX)

d) have not advertised in public, press or in any other manner that I/we are acting as a broker or
member of the exchange. ( NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX)

e) have not passed contracts in my/our own name

f) am/are not a trading member on any Exchange ( NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX)

I/We hereby certify that the above information are correct and if any is found to be false and incorrect,
Zerodha/Zerodha Commodities Pvt.Ltd has got the right to recover the entire amount received by me/us
through whatever means it deems proper. I/We hereby declare that I/We have read the regulation of the
program and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

I/We also understand that in future there could be changes made to the referral program at the discretion
of the management of Zerodha/Zerodha Commodities Pvt. Ltd. and I shall agree to abide by all such
changes without any objections.

I understand that the jurisdiction in the case of any dispute shall lie in the competent court of judicature
in Bangalore.
