TENDER ADDENDUM & CIRCULAR NO. 001


Date: MONDAY, 25 APRIL 2017

IMPORTANT: Tenders are required to acknowledge this tender addendum prior to the new
revised Tender Closing Date which is recorded as 12.00pm on Thursday the 4th May 2017
failure to acknowledge may constitute grounds for rejection of Tender.

All Tender RFIs as per the RFI form included in Appendix G of original Invitation to Tender should
be received by no later than 12:00pm on Sunday 30th April 2017, Acknowledgements must be sent
by facsimile to +974 4447 0559 or email to [email protected] prior to the Tender Closing Date.

Further to Invitation to Tender dated 21st February 2017, tenderers are advised of the following
change(s) or clarification(s).

Changes/ New Information:

1. Amendment/ Clarification No. 01 We enclose a CD as part of this Tender Addendum &


Circular No. 01 which contains the following new information (Tenderers are advised that this
CD contains a complete updated set of CCTV & Access Control drawing which supersedes
in full the previously issued drawings contained within the Original Invitation to Tender dated
the 21st February 2017)

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. By signing this Tender Addendum the Tenderer
confirms that they have been provided all relevant Main Contract information including Main
Contract Conditions, Contract Drawings, Tender Addendums and Clarifications, Specifications,
Proposed Programme of Works to enable the Tenderer to submit a full and detailed fixed priced
lump sum & fixed rate re-measurable tender quotation which shall remain valid for a period of 180
calendar days.
No claims shall be applicable from any tenderer at a later stage due to the non-receipt or missing
tender or Main Contract information.

End of Tender Addendum

We hereby acknowledge receipt of the above referenced Addendum to the Invitation to Tenderer
and the Tender addendum shall be incorporated into our Tender Submission.
