Re: Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

1. Please be informed that this station in coordination with the PDEA R.O.C with COC #
12345-678910-0001 and time of coordination is from 14 to 150120H May 2017 and at about
1:30 in the afternoon of May 14, 2017 elements of this station led by Police Senior Inspector
Ricardo Dalisay conducted surveillance at 246 Walangbuhay St., U.N. Avenue, Ermita,
Manila which resulted in the arrest of one NOEL CRUZ ALARCON, male, 40 years old
(April 1, 1977), single, jobless and resident of 246 Walangbuhay St., UN Avenue, Ermita,
Manila;

2. That on the above-mentioned time and date, the operating unit was able to confiscate
from the suspect three (3) pieces zip-locked transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance suspected to be SHABU (Exhs. EXH A-1, A-2, and A-3). The said
confiscated evidence was estimated street value amounting to Seventy Five Thousand (PhP
75,000.00).

3. That after the transaction, operating elements confiscated from the suspect possession
was white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU with estimated weight of 3 grams.
Polcie Senior Inspector Ricardo Dalisay marked the confiscated pieces of evidence EXHS.
A-1, A-2 and A-3 in the present of Ms. Kara David (Media Sector), Brgy Official Capt. Flora
"Lola Kap" S. Borja-de Leon, Konsehal Anjo Yllana and relative of the suspect Atty. Eliseo
J. Salvador, Jr. The suspect was brought to this station for documentation and proper
disposition while a case of Violation of Section 11, Article II of R.A. 9165 is being prepared
for filing. Investigation on case SPO2 Jake Zyrus and PO2 Daniel Padilla. with cellphone
number 09091234567 and 09092468101.
