1) Stainless Steel tanks are supplied without any coating or painting.


2) Stainless Steel Bolts, Nuts & Washers = TP 304 (A2). (for Water Tank external and covers only)
3) Stainless Steel Bolts, Nuts & Washers = TP 316 (A4). (for Water Tank internal below the water level only)
4) All internal stainless steel angle bracings and brackets are of Grade 316 stainless steel.
5) Internal S.S. 304 Catladder :- One per compartment.
6) External Aluminium Catladder :- One per compartment.
7) Transparent Tube Level Indicator with Graduated Aluminium Backing Plate :- One per compartment.
8) uPVC Air Vent :- One per compartment.
9) Socket Openings for piping is included.
10) Security flat bar for manhole is included.
11) R.S.J./I-BEAM is included (Concrete Up-Stand Beam by others. And "MUST BE LESS" than 2 panels apart).
12) Ball Float Valve and Vortex Inhibitor is not included.
13) Low Voltage electrical level sensor is not included.
14) Padlock for Manhole Access Cover Panel is not inclueded.
15) Scaffold for tank erection (Internal & External Tank) to be provided by buyer, if require.
16) lifting supervisor, outrigger, signaler is not included. Buyer have to provide, if needed.
17) Hoisting facilities or manually carry up the new tank or carry down the old tank to be provided by buyer.
18) Floor protection and other safety protection, safety barrier, safety sign etc. to be by buyer, if require on site.
19 ) P.E. Endorsement is not included.
20) Price quoted is not included GST.
21) Warranty period - 12 months from "T.O.P" date.
