Time: 50 minutes Module 1 Ensino Secundrio
a) we want to express likes and dislikes. c) we want to talk about routine.
b) we want to express the (scientific) truth. d) we want to express personal beliefs.
e) we have adverbs such as always, sometimes, (n)ever, often, rarely, every day/week/month, etc.
Important information: the verb changes with the 3rd person singular [Personal Pronouns: he / she / it],
you add an -(e)s, e.g. go+es > goes; look+s > looks. No apostrophe is used between the verb and the s.
To form the negative or the interrogative, we use auxiliary to do in agreement with the Personal Pronoun.
He/she/ it does(not)> doesnt; with the rest of the pronouns (I, you, we, they) you use do(not)> dont.
