Determining Glucose in Blood

This document outlines the process for determining glucose levels in blood samples. It involves: 1) Preparing a blood sample by adding reagents and centrifuging to remove proteins. 2) Determining glucose content by adding the sample to copper alkalis, boiling, cooling, adding arsenomolybdat, and measuring absorbance at 660nm. 3) Creating a standard curve by measuring absorbance of glucose solutions at different concentrations and using it to calculate glucose levels in samples.
