Important points to remember before you reach the airport


1. Please note that all w eb check- in customers w ould have to get their photo identification checked at the boarding gate or as and when request ed by Go Air
staff.
2. W eb Check-in cust omers should report at t he airport at least 45 minut es prior to the departure time.
3. W hile w eb check-in is recommended for customers w it h cabin baggage, customers w it h check-in baggage may also check-in online. How ever to avoid last
minute rush customers are requested to report at least 60 minutes prior to the depart ure t ime to get their bags checked-in. Customers can contact the
check-in supervisor for furt her assist ance.
4. Please note that our Check-in counters will close 45 minut es prior to the departure time.
5. Frisking of person and checking of hand baggage is mandatory for all passengers.Passengers are request ed t o co-operate with the security staff.
6. Please note that boarding gate w ill close 25 minutes prior to the depart ure of the flight.
7. As per BCAS regulat ion, customers can carry only one piece of hand baggage, t he w eight of w hich should not exceed 7 kg and the size should not exceed
55 cms + 35 cms + 25 cms ( Total 115 cms)
8. Please refer to our Citizens Charter to know your baggage allow ance and list of articles that cannot be carried in hand baggage,
9. Customers w ho have checked-in online and want to modify or cancel their booking, can do so up to 2 hours prior to departure of their flight by calling us on
092-2322-2111 / 020-2566-2111 or by visiting our Airport Ticketing Office. Once Checked-in, Customers will not be able to make any changes to their
bookings on the w ebsite.
10. Please note due to Airport Security Regulations, no cabin baggage is allowed, other than laptop and digital camera; for flights originating from Leh, Jammu and
Srinagar airports.
11. Please note Web Check-in is not applicable for customers requiring special assist ance (wheelchair, customers w ith Medical condit ions, Unaccompanied minors )
and customers traveling w ith infants.
