Your compensation details are attached herewith in Annexure A. Your total annual compensation inclusive of all benefits (statutory or otherwise) will be Rs. 2, 40, 000.00 (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Thousand only) per annum as Fixed Salary. All components of your compensation are subject to deduction of tax at source in accordance with the prevailing laws. You are required to join us on 23 May 2011, if you agree with the following conditions, however your work location and others would be sent in a separate mail from our HR Department. 1. Please note that this Offer Letter is subject to, fulfilment of the following conditions by you: a, Completion of degree and submission of degree marks sheet and/or certificate and other documents as may be required by the Company. 2. You will be on probation for a period of Three (3) months from the date of joining. ‘The Company may in its sole discretion extend your probation period based on your performance, conduct and/or other factors as the company may deem fit, You shall continue to be on probation, till your services are confirmed and notified by the Company in writing. During such period of probation or the extended peri of probation, your services may be terminated upon one week's notice or pay in lieu thereof, by the Company, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason. However, in case of misconduct or non-compliance of any company policies on your part, your services may be terminated without any notice period by the Company. 6. You will abide by the Official Working hours applicable to your work location / Business Unit determined at the time of joining based on requirements in the Company. You shall treat this Offer Letter as confidential and the terms of this offer are not to be disclosed. You agree to abide by all the Company rules, regulations, instructions, policies, practices and procedures that the Company may amend from time to time and to indemnify the Company for any loss suffered as a consequence of a breach by you of the Company's rules, regulations, instructions, policies, practices and procedures. 7. Your annual compensation shall be due for revision as per the Company policy. Your compensation and benefits may be amended at the sole discretion of the company. Your work location can be at any of the Company's or it’s Group Companies (including its holding Company's or its subsidiary’s development centres / facilities located in India based on the business requirements. Depending on the requirement in the organization, you may be deployed to work in any of the serv s in the Company. 10. A formal communication on your work location and, your date of joining will be sent to you as we approach closer to your joining date.
