DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF SUBSCIPTION DEPOSITS
Know All Men By These Presents:
This Deed of Assignment of Subscription Deposits entered into this_________
day of _________________ at _______________ by and between:
EMILYNE D. BONA, of legal age, Filipino, with address at #9 Venus
Compound, Barangay San Isidro, Angono, Rizal, hereinafter referred
to as the ASSIGNOR,
-and
RODRIGO MARTIN, of legal age, Filipino, with address at 202
Banwe cor. Bulusan Sts., QCVille, Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE;
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR, is the stockholder of AERO SPECS IT
SOLUTIONS INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, with offices at Metro manila, Philippines.
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR, is the exclusive registered owner of Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) Subscription Deposits to AERO SPECS IT SOLUTIONS
INC.
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR desires to assign, transfer and convey all his rights,
title and interests in and to the Subscription Deposits including all his dividend and
subscription rights, whether accrued, accruing or which may accrue in favor of the
ASSIGNEE, and the ASSIGNEE accepts the assignment,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00), the ASSIGNOR, hereby assigns,
transfers and conveys absolutely and unconditionally all his rights, title and interests in
and to the Subscription Deposits including all his dividend and subscription rights,
whether accrued, accruing or which may accrue to the said subscription deposits unto and
in favor of the ASSIGNEE, his successors and assigns.
Upon presentation of this document, the Corporate Secretary or the holder of this
deed is hereby authorized and instructed to effect the necessary transfer of the
Subscription Deposits to and in the name of the ASSIGNEE in the books and records of
AERO SPECS IT SOLUTIONS INC. and any and all rights, title and interest in and to
the Subscription Deposits including but not limited to the right to vote, dividend and
subscription rights, shall thereafter pertain to the ASSIGNEE.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands on these presents on
the date and place as first above written.

to as the ASSIGNOR,

B12L2 Sentosa, Brgy. Punta, Calamba, Laguna, hereinafter referred to
as the ASSIGNEE;
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR, is the stockholder of AERO SPECS IT
SOLUTIONS INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, with offices at Metro manila, Philippines.
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR, is the exclusive registered owner of One Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) Subscription Deposits to AERO SPECS IT SOLUTIONS
INC.
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR desires to assign, transfer and convey all his rights,
title and interests in and to the Subscription Deposits including all his dividend and
subscription rights, whether accrued, accruing or which may accrue in favor of the
ASSIGNEE, and the ASSIGNEE accepts the assignment,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises the sum
of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), the ASSIGNOR, hereby assigns,
transfers and conveys absolutely and unconditionally all his rights, title and interests in
and to the Subscription Deposits including all his dividend and subscription rights,
whether accrued, accruing or which may accrue to the said subscription deposits unto and
in favor of the ASSIGNEE, his successors and assigns.
