This release contains support for new and updated file formats. There are updates
for most technologies that Actix supports, with changes falling under the following
categories:
New collection device support
Decode improvements
New attributes / modifications to existing attributes
New mobile device support in existing formats
Improvements to existing decodes
Improvements to event detection
Format Group issues (for example, binning)
Stability improvements
Event detection improvements
Known issues / obsolescence

2.1 Agilent Nitro support
Improvements have been made to the display of HSUPA messages in Message
Browser.
2.2 Ascom support
A problem by which the ARFCN measured by the GSM scanners was wrongly
calculated for the E-GSM band has been resolved.
2.3 DingLi support
A problem which could cause some streams to load incompletely has been
resolved.
2.4 Invex 3G support
Improvements have been made to the support of iDEN scanners.
2.5 Huawei Probe
Support for Huawei Probe version 1.5 has been added. However the support
for UMTS scanners is not complete.
2.6 Nemo support
The attribute Uu_RRC_State is now mapped for all versions of Nemo.
A problem with the decoding of the message “Nemo AMR Status” has been
resolved.
2.7 Tems Investigation support
A performance issue with the initialisation of Tems files has been fixed, and
other performance issues have been addressed.

2.8 Qualcomm support
A problem which could affect the decoding of message “Fast Forward Power
Control” has been resolved.
The support of (E)GPRS for Qualcomm chipset has been improved. The
following attributes are now set:

2.9 ZK CellTest support
Lots of improvements have been made to the support of ZK CellTest log files,
in particular for the messages related to data testing.
2.10 Other / Generic
Significant performance improvements to the Qualcomm UMTS chipset decode
that benefits many formats (Comarco, DingLi, Invex3G, Huawei and Tems)
Improvements have been made to the algorithm that detects the protocol
revision is use in CDMA log files. The change can improve the decode of some
messages (such as Access Channel: Origination) in case the protocol revision
was determined incorrectly in previous Analyzer versions. Note that the effect
of this improvement should be unnoticeable in most log files.
A problem which caused the attribute Uu_PS_AllocatedRate to be set wrongly
in HSDPA calls when a reconfiguration procedure did not allocate a new H-RNTI
has been resolved.
The formatting of attributes Uu_RRC_new_H_RNTI and
NBAP_Transmitted_Code_Power_Value has been improved.

A work around has been implemented in the GSM event detection so that it
can now detect a call setup even if the message “CC Setup” is missing in the
log file.
Analyzer does not peg a PS call setup failure anymore at a Radio Bearer
Reconfiguration Failure message. A failure event may be pegged later if the
call setup fails or the call is dropped.
