Company overview
The muthu shoo palace was found by Mr. suranga yapa. The shop is in
Buttala town. it is a small shoe palace. It was started by 2013. There have
shoes, bags, umbrellas and Other Things. The shop works two employees.
The employees are working under Mr. Suranga yapa. There are open
seven days a week. Poya days are closed and This shop is open from 8.00
am to 8.00 pm. Mr. Suranga is doing financial activities. employees are
helping to Customers.
Details of the Existing system
* they are using to record book for save every detail.
* they give invoice using billing book.
* Daily cash deposits and weekend money will be
deposited on next Monday.
* The wholesale products are ordered by telephone calls.
* Calendars and leaflets will be used to get publicity.
* Employees get salary on every month.

*Difficult to calculate inventory levels.

*Introducing database in order to maintain proper

About new system
In the new system, we hope to introduce to create a database of
all stock, item order to through email to online payment and web
site and social media’s can use to increase publicly
How it works
Some Customers select a product using web or Shop after he
purchased that item and we give to him/her electronic bill. After
that stock decreases of our database. At some point when it
comes to the reorder level automatically display a message
through database. Then product will be order through email by
owner. after that owner is paying for supplier. Day, week, month
report can get through database.
