Mabini Ext., Cabanatuan City

February 5, 2018

Atty. JV Bautista
The Dean

Attn: 3rd Year Law School Professors

Dear Sir:

Greetings!

I write this letter to explain the reason behind the consecutive absences I
incurred from January 30-February 1, 2018 in which I was not able to participate
classes in the law school.

This is in connection with the weeklong celebration of the Banatu Festival being
held every year where the Department of Education is actively engaged. I am
a public school teacher and being such, I need to be with my students and
fellow teachers during those days. I understand that one of the responsibilities
of being a law student is to complete all the academic requirements where
class participation and attendance are vital.

I am humbly seeking for your grace and I promise to be present in all the
subjects. Please let me catch up with all the requirements that need to be
done which I failed to comply last week.

Thank you for helping me regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

MARK KEVIN A. VIDAR

Law Student
