Job Description: CyberTech Management Leadership (CML) Manager
Summary of position
CyberTech’s Management Leadership program is an intense general management program
designed with a view to develop the next generation leaders of CyberTech. It is anticipated
that the Program will provide a macro view of the company’s business and will equip the
candidates with the critical skills required for leadership roles.
The program will:
• Provide high performing individuals opportunities for professional growth within
CyberTech
• Groom, develop and build CML alumni as key managers and leaders of the Company
• Enable accelerated growth to senior management roles in CyberTech’s core IT
business units, Finance, Marketing and Human Capital management.
Work Location- Thane, India
Reporting to
o Primary reporting to Head of Strategy and Consulting
o Secondary reporting to Chairman
CML Program Highlights
o A unique opportunity to work across CyberTech’s diverse business units and to engage closely
with the business leaders
o Mentorship from the Chairman with regular career guidance sessions
o Opportunity to work with CXOs early in the career
o Rotation roles ranging from 3 – 6 months each covering various areas of business including
strategy, marketing, product management, finance, presales and consulting
Career Path
o CML Managers start the career with the Strategy and Consulting Group of CyberTech
o Various role rotations for the next 12 – 24 months based on the business goals, participant’s
interest, strengths and development needs
o At the end of the program, CML Managers are expected be assigned to business functions at
senior roles

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with proven track record of leadership and responsibility. He/She
should have the ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams and work towards the common organization
goal.

Selection Process
CML Program recruits participants from the premier business schools in India and abroad. Shortlisted
candidates will go through the following selection process:
• Interview round 1 (Case Interview)
• Interview round 2 (Profile based)
• Chairman’s interview
Qualification and Experience
• MBA from a Tier – 1 Business School
• B. Tech from a reputed University
• CML Associate Manager
o 2-4 Years of experience of relevant experience in IT industry
• CML Manager
o 5+ Years of experience of relevant experience in IT industry
